Main Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their queries on their required products
- Maintain good knowledge of products to provide advice and recommendation to customers
- Receive, process and organize deliveries accordingly
- Perform stock-taking & replenishing duties
- Process customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system
