Customer Service Executive (SAP)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting sales team on customer pricing and issuing SAP quotations.
  • Responding to and handling customer inquiries.
  • Receiving customer orders, and processing them includes standard orders, consignment orders, sample orders, intercompany sales orders, and intercompany and standard purchase orders in SAP.
  • Coordinating and communicating with the production planning team from different production sites of Electronics to achieve customer-requested delivery dates based on the standard lead times.
  • Managing and monitoring customer consignment stock, good and accurate planning on stock replenishment to keep consignment inventory level within targeted KPI.
  • Processing and monitoring Precious Metal hedging/buying prices with an internal trading company in SAP.
  • Confirming the precise hedged PM price in Sales Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice to the customer.
  • Monitoring and ensuring confirmed sales orders are shipped on time.
  • Providing shipping pre-alerts to customers.
  • Requesting and submission of new customer numbers through the master data governance tool (SAP Business Client 7.70).
  • Involving material master views of Sales and Export, coordinating on new material number releasing.
  • Raising Engineering Change Notice (ECN) for changing customer part numbers in SAP.
  • Liaising with the Sales/Account Manager on new material number creation.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Acting as supporting functions on local company/site necessary measures like IATF and ISO certification, HET commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Taking up ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Possess min Diploma education qualification with Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge in SAP system and Microsoft Offices
  • Customer service principles and practices
  • Problem-solving
  • Good communication skills
  • Taking full ownership in Order-to Cash (OtC) processes, following strictly standard operating procedures to ensure product, order quantity, pricing and other critical information are correctly carried out.
