Role & Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support such as recording, other daily operations and ad-hoc duties to Operations & Finance departments
2. Provide strong administrative support to contribute to overall company success and growth
3. Engage in discussions on improving company processes
4. Billing of clients and related activities
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of related or relevant experiences
2. Proficiency in MS office tools
3. Resourceful, meticulous, detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
4. Good working attitude and able to work independently
5. Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients as of job exigency)
