JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor a team of teachers, highlighting their strengths and providing regular feedback for professional development.
Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
Ensure the safety and well-being of each individual child.
Conduct regular meetings with teachers.
Perform classroom-teaching duties during the absence of Programme Staff.
Handle administrative duties related to the Centre.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Leadership Certificate in early childhood.
