JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Edit photos, videos and graphics across multiple social media platforms
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Attend educational trainings
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals
- Responds and provide assistance to client comments and inquiries
- Take on a leadership role in cultivating social media conversations and engagement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum diploma or degree
- Experience in digital and social media marketing preferred
- Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
